Delivery
We ship all orders from our UK warehouse. In-stock items are typically dispatched the same or next business day.
UK delivery options
- Free standard delivery — on all orders over £50
- Standard delivery (3–5 business days) — £3.99
- Express delivery (1–2 business days) — £7.99
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Larger items such as full-size suitcases are shipped via DPD and will typically require a signature on delivery.
Luggage packaging
All hard-shell and softshell luggage is shipped in reinforced protective packaging. We take care to make sure your bag arrives in the same condition it left our warehouse.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund if you're not satisfied.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Luggage and bags that have been used for travel cannot be returned unless faulty
- All accessories, tags, and components must be included
How to return
Email hello@roam.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions. Faulty or incorrectly described items are collected at no cost to you. Change-of-mind returns require the customer to cover return postage.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
